摘要: Abstract: Chapters 16 and 17 discuss the development of advanced polymer composite material applications in bridge engineering. They demonstrate innovative types components structures which have been developed from FRP materials most advantageous way to employ composites Given importance infrastructure, discussion this topic has split over two chapters. This chapter focuses on type used engineering, their in-service properties enclosures rehabilitation reinforced prestressed concrete beams columns. Chapter covers metallic structures, all bridges built with hybrid systems.
