摘要: The objective of this experiment was to investigate the selenium distribution in eggs from hens fed diets supplemented with Se sodium selenite (SS) or selenium-enriched yeast (SY). One-day-old female chickens Hy-Line Brown breed were randomly divided into four groups according dietary treatments and, for subsequent 9 months, which differed only form amount supplemented. During whole experiment, group 1 (control) basal diet (BD) background level 0.13 mg/kg dry matter (DM). Diets 2 and 3 consisted BD an dose 0.4 mg/kg DM either SS SY, respectively. Group 4 0.9 mg Se/kg SY. After 9 months treatments, levels egg yolk albumen unsupplemented almost identical whereas given showed significantly higher deposition than (P < 0.01). On other hand, feed supplementation doses 0.4 0.9 mg/kg SY resulted concentration (both P < 0.001). total amounts 1, 2, 5.1, 14.4, 22.7 31.6 μg Se/egg thus demonstrating (P < 0.001) enriched birds equivalent dose. Regardless source, feeds increased α-tocopherol compared control (P < 0.001). presented results demonstrate different pattern mass when laying are inorganic organic sources.
