摘要: The sol-gel process is currently used to develop new materials with a wide range of applications in chemical and food industries. An ultrasonic self-calibrated method evaluate the behavior nonlinear coefficient during sol gel reaction. uses single piezoelectric transducer burst echo-mode. Assuming classical non linearity, propagation waves material can be modeled quasi-linear regime using KZK equation. temporal evolution silica analyzed. A variation around 6% observed formation an initial hydrolysis ratio 4 surrounding temperature at 30°C. Nonlinear results are compared linear measurements literature data, showing good sensitivity conventional approach gelation monitoring.
