摘要: Abstract We have confirmed and further characterized the phenomenon of suppression a dnaG mutation by an I plasmid determined requirements for complete expression suppressibility. The authentic derepressed conjugal fertility system, described earlier, was shown to be one requirements. second requirement is previously undescribed type leading far higher degree derepression this system than drd mutation. This leads extremely high pilus production.
