Benefits of visiting a multicultural festival: The case of South Korea

摘要: This paper investigates the visitor benefits gained from attending a multicultural festival in South Korea. It aims to improve understanding of such festivals, and explore contribution festivals building societies. Four key factors were identified terms gained: transformational, cognitive, social, affective benefits. Differences found between dominant population those migrants. The findings may assist stakeholders better understand how contribute social harmony integration, particularly countries experiencing significant shifts ethnic composition.
