摘要: The ideal artificial ligament graft should have favorable biocompatibility to facilitate cell adhesion, proliferation, and collagen regeneration. In this present study, surface modification was performed on a poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) by layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly coating of hyaluronic acid (HA) chitosan (CS). characterization the examined using scanning electron microscopy, atomic force energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. results in vitro culturing human foreskin fibroblast cells supported hypothesis that LBL CS-HA could promote proliferation adhesion sheets. A rabbit medical collateral reconstruction model used evaluate effect vivo. final proved significantly enhance new formation among fibers. On basis these results, we conclude such CS-HA...
