摘要: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), a well recognized systemic autoimmune disease is associated with an increased risk of malignancies, particularly lymphoma. Various studies have shown this to be as high 4-7-fold compared the general population. The pathogenesis lymphoma in patients SLE still not understood. In review we summarize world literature and update current knowledge on interesting link between lymphomagenesis. We relate turn incidence rates subtypes encountered; relevant theories proposed; links EBV possible role continued activity lupus immunosuppressive therapy It clearly evident that further are needed improve understanding association. Some cytokines proteins cell survival proliferation, such BAFF, APRIL, IL6 BCL2, been found elevated both These factors may impact pathogenesis, however, direct "cause effect" relationship yet demonstrated.
