摘要: The operating current mode dependence of luminescence properties rubrene-doped yellow organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) was investigated. devices were driven by three types constant mode: a simple direct (DC) mode, alternating (AC) and pulsed (PC) mode. device the AC showed low energy efficiency because existence time intervals with no emission in spite consumption. PC highest better stability compared other modes.
