摘要: Attentional blink occurs when two target items, T1 and T2, are presented within brief moments of each other in a series rapidly items participants fail to report T2. The purpose the present study was examine effect characteristics T2 on reporting. Participants (N = 67) completed 4 blocks 40 trials. Each trial consisted 15 images, which were designated as manipulated three ways: animacy (animate or inanimate), threat (threatening nonthreatening), lag (200 ms 400 ms after T1). results indicated that more T2s reported at longer animate objects often than inanimate both lags. Threat did not have significant reporting although it interacted with lag: threatening frequently nonthreatening 2 but this trend reversed 4. consistent monitoring hypothesis, claims objects, because their importance ancestral environments, attract attention easily objects. Animate appear capture second targets rapid serial visual presentation task. This result is similar advantages tasks memory tasks.
