摘要: The introduction of proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry (PTR-MS) for fast response measurements volatile organic compounds (VOC) has enabled the use eddy covariance methods to investigate VOC fluxes on ecosystem scale. In this study PTR-MS flux were performed over agricultural grassland during and after a cut event. Selected masses detected by showed methanol, acetaldehyde, acetone. They highest directly cutting hay drying phase. Simultaneously, significant protonated ion 73, 81, 83 observed. Due limited identification with technique, GC-MS GC-FID-PTR-MS techniques additionally applied. way, 73 could be identified as 2-butanone, 81 mainly (Z)-3-hexenal, sum (Z)-3-hexenol hexenyl acetates. Hexenal, hexenols, acetates are mostly related plant wounding cutting. It was found that legume plants forbs emit higher number different species than graminoids.
