摘要: We explore the use of polymers as a conducting interlayer within silicon–carbon nanotube heterojunction photovoltaics. Three types devices have been fabricated and characterized including nanotube, silicon–conducting polymer polymer–carbon nanotube. The studied were polyaniline, poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrene sulfonate). A thin significantly improves photovoltaic performance by creating better depletion layer underlying silicon. With addition top antireflection layer, device, silicon-poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): sulfonate)–carbon nanotube–poly(styrene) has with conversion efficiency 8.7 %.
