摘要: We have previously shown that irradiated LSTRA cells (LX) were immunogenic and could prolong survival of mice bearing tumors. This study demonstrated addition Corynebacterium parvum to the LX dramatically improved strength tumor immunity. In pretreatment-challenge experiments, C. augmented immunogenicity 10(6) given intradermally, with an optimum dose 0.14-1.4 microgram per mouse. therapy experiments (intraperitoneal vaccine treatment after cell challenge), therapeutic effect 10(7) was by admixture parvum, leading a larger number cured mice, permitting challenge inoculum, allowing later initiation than possible alone. Optimal for 1,400 Presensitization or use repeated injections did not further improve effect. Cure tumor-bearing mixed tumor-specific. These results suggest is potent adjuvant in active, tumor-specific immunotherapy.
