Ozone is mainly synthesized by Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) and it can be applied to air water treatment etc. In case of fed ozonizer, O radical generated electron impact, three-body reaction between radical, O2 and/or N2 leads the ozone generation. However, N2O N2O5 exist within gas they are well known as by-products. Here, selected one greenhouse gases desirable suppress 2009, we succeeded in generating a homogeneous DBD using alumina barrier (Kyocera, A473). This was recognized an Atmospheric Pressure Townsend (APTD). The reduced electrical field APTD around 1.5 eV. On other hand, conventional filamentary DBD, at streamer head 10 e V. Generally, threshold dissociation energy nitrogen molecule 9.76 Therefore, if apply ozonizers, considerable reduction amount expected. this study, comparative study by-products generation from ozonizer carried out FTIR with long path cell (1 m). results showed that both types N2O5, HNO3, were detected gas. FD type intensities absorption lines 2197 ppm 5.40×10-2, 1.09×10-1 3.60×10-2 respectively. HNO3 same concentration 9.17×10-3, 3.32×10-2 1.61×10-2 our conclusion ozonizer.
