摘要: Production Planning for multi-product CIM systems is a simple problem to identify but very difficult solve optimally. This generally concerned with the specification of number units be produced from each item forthcoming planning horizon, so that total demand fulfilled while operational costs are minimized (or equivalent profit maximized). One major difficulties complicates production subsystem only one part whole process supply, manufacturing, promotion and distribution products end-customers. Interactions other elements system can easily identified. For example, production-inventory relationship well known. Setting appropriate inventory levels issue in aggregate planning. However, decisions also generate constraints purchase, transportation distribution. The related functions, among which marketing plays vital role. Clearly promotional activities influence control conversely new may affect pattern faces manufacturing company.
