摘要: A vehicle seat sensing system includes a plurality of sensor assemblies 52 located adjacent lower surface cushion. Each assembly variably senses displacement the summing circuit 84 sums sensed signals from and provides summed output signal indicative presence occupant. Preferably sensors are arranged on flexible mat array 14, may be hail effect or proportional sensors. The used for detecting an unrestrained method use is also disclosed.
