摘要: The phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 4 (PEBP4) is a member of the PEBP family. It not only plays role in inhibition MAPK signaling pathway but also involved JNK that promotes activation AKT. Recent research has shown overexpression PEBP4 was related to development, invasion, and metastasis variety tumors. This study aimed investigate correlation between expression lung squamous cell carcinoma tissue clinical pathology carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry used detect adjacent normal from 61 patients. Western blotting changes tissues. occurrence, analyzed. Of patients, four patients were negative (−; 6.6%) 57 positive (+ +++; 93.4%). those for expression, 7 weakly (+; 11.5%), 21 (++; 34.4%), 29 strongly (+++; 47.5%). more highly expressed than (p 0.05). associated with
