摘要: Cyclin D1, a putative G1 cyclin, has been implicated in cell cycle control. The human cyclin D1 gene is located on chromosome 11q13 where DNA rearrangement and amplification have detected several types of cancer. Previous studies demonstrated that the not only rearranged or amplified but also overexpressed some these tumors tumor-derived lines. To further address roles control tumorigenesis, we stably cDNA Rat6 embryo fibroblasts by using retrovirus mediated transduction. protein was overproduced about 10-fold localized predominately nucleus. overexpressing cells displayed decrease duration phase, decreased size, induced when injected into athymic (nude) mice. In addition, overexpression perturbed expression cellular growth-related genes including c-myc, c-jun, A, D3. Taken together, results indicate deregulated can cause disturbances enhance tumorigenesis.
