摘要: Abstract We report a unique case of 69-year-old man who presented with 1-year history pink nodules and plaques limited to the anterior plantar surface right foot 30-year callus on heel. Histologic examination findings both areas showed deposits amorphous, eosinophilic material an infiltrate plasma cells in dermis. Congo red–stained exhibited apple-green birefringence polarized light. Results extensive clinical laboratory evaluation no evidence systemic amyloidosis. The diagnosis nodular primary localized cutaneous amyloidosis (PLCA) was made. Nodular PLCA isolated pedal or strictly surfaces is unusual presentation PLCA. origin histopathologic features are reviewed.
