摘要: Abstract Research on heterocyclic compounds with biological and pharmacological activity continues to arouse great interest. The study of 1,4-dihydropyridines (1,4-DHPs) is particular interest in the pharmaceutical field due their important applications as calcium channel antagonists for treatment heart diseases. implementation novel heterogeneous catalysts optimize Hantzsch synthesis, such ordered mesoporous molecular sieves, an efficient eco-friendly proposal that still requires a lot work. remarkable features high surface area, tailored porosity, chemical thermal stability, among others, turn these materials into powerful solid capable selectively leading synthesis 1,4-DHPs. In addition, combination sieves process intensification 1,4-DHP derivatives research development. Therefore, promote greener methodologies 1,4-DHPs can be extended any organic fine production goal yet achieved.
