摘要: The optimal control problem for a one-degree of freedom wave energy converter (WEC) with dynamical nonlinearities and constraints is formulated in the frequency-domain. formulation adopted corresponds to Fourier pseudospectral framework but, contrast previous similar approaches found WEC literature, it shown that force velocity variables can be eliminated, using frequency-domain transcription nonlinear equations, thus, resulting fewer elimination equality constraints. Furthermore, how gradient Hessian cost function explicitly calculated, which used improve convergence within gradient-based optimisation techniques. benefits proposed developments are illustrated by means numerical experiments, flap-type viscous drag, under various constraint configurations. techniques presented generic way, allowing easy result transposition variety models.
