摘要: Possible early diagnostic application of optical methods (dielectrophoresis, spectral and imaging ellipsometry, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy) in studies red blood cells serum patients with diffuse liver disease varying degrees fibrosis has been evaluated. Application combined was confirmed to significantly improve the performance sensitivity, specificity, accuracy index as well achieve reliable results diagnosis both severe slight ulterior fibrosis. Identified potential can be effectively utilized noninvasive screening evaluation stages various geneses.
