摘要: Gap junctions permit the passage of ions and small molecules between cells, thereby providing a basis for direct intercellular communication. In rabbit retina, low molecular weight dyes Lucifer yellow biocytin passed readily from astrocytes into adjacent astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, Muller cells. However, rarely either oligodendrocytes or cells astrocytes. Unidirectional dye suggests presence an asymmetric barrier to movement through heterologous gap indicates potential hierarchy command interconnected
