摘要: Abstract Synthesis of acetylcholine (ACh) by supplemented brain extracts is strongly dependent on the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) concentration below about 2 μmoles/ml. Respiring slices contain 30 μmoles acid-labile phosphate/g. Due to action apyrase, respiring suspensions virtually no ATP. While synthesis ACh and greatly increased a high potassium concentration, this does not occur with suspensions, presumably because limited low ATP which can exist in such suspensions.
