摘要: This paper presents a procedure to identify the on/off statuses of breakers at substations throughout power network. It is intended as structural data preprocessor prior running state estimator. The relies on dc model lines and busbars, requires solution well-behaved mixed-integer quadratic programming problem. proposed illustrated using simple example realistic case study.
