摘要: The siderophore production of various isolates Phialocephala fortinii was assessed quantitatively as well qualitatively in batch assays under pure culture conditions at different pH values and iron(III) concentrations. We found a distinct effect both these parameters on synthesis fungal growth. In comparative analyses two the isolates, maximum range 4.0 to 4.5 while, experimental employed, optimal concentration ferric iron determined be between 20–40 μg (III) l−1 (0.36–0.72 μM, respectively). HPLC analysis filtrate most P. revealed excretion ferricrocin main hydroxamate siderophore, followed by ferrirubin ferrichrome C. pattern release three substances proved dependent medium, specific for each isolate investigation.
