摘要: In this paper, a rapid and simple method for the analysis of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in house dust samples based on microwave-assisted solvent extraction (MASE) gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) is presented. Extraction conditions were optimized using multifactorial experimental design approach. The use an aqueous NaOH phase combination with non-polar organic (hexane) to extract target analytes from allowed efficient reduced chromatographic background. final hexane extracts could be analyzed after one-step cleanup procedure Florisil. validation was performed terms accuracy, linearity, repeatability. limits detection (LODs) ranged 0.29 0.55 ng/g all compounds. PBDEs found several real collected urban rural houses Northwestern Spain.
