A study of effects of sintering on the piezoelectric properties of 0.97(K 0.5 Na 0.5 )NbO 3 -0.03(Bi 0.5 Na 0.5 )TiO 3 lead-free ceramics

摘要: As a candidate for lead free-piezoelectric material, the 0.97(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.03(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 ceramic was prepared by using conventional mixed-oxide method. ceramics were investigated to determine effect of sintering temperature. The crystal structures lead-free piezoelectric examined varying temperatures from 1080 °C 1160 and employing an X-ray diffraction analysis scanning electron microscopy measurements. effects temperature on microstructure, ferroelectric properties systematically investigated. dielectric electrical measured at frequency 1 kHz 100 various temperatures. We expect optimized characteristics improve ceramics.
