摘要: Publisher Summary Deglycosylation of glycoproteins is necessary for a number studies such as in the structural determination polypeptide chains, establishment structure and function relationships carbohydrates, 1-5 their biosynthesis glycoproteins. In all these it important that conditions used chemical deglycosylation do not cause an impairment physicochemical integrity chain. Two reagents anhydrous form, trifluoromethanesulfonic acid (TFMS) hydrogen fluoride (HF), have been employed TFMS by modified procedure described herein definitely superior to HF. It much more potent, sensitive, convenient use than HF because does require any special handling. To prevent secondary reactions alkylation chains during deprotection protecting group, anisole was made scavenger. This chapter discusses detail.
