Comparing Practice Patterns of Consumer and Non-Consumer Mental Health Service Providers

摘要: The practice patterns of consumer andnon-consumer providers assertive community treatmentare compared using both quantitative and qualitativedata collected as part a randomized trial. Activity log data showed that there were few substantivedifferences in the pattern either administrativeor direct service tasks performed by two teams. Incontrast, qualitative revealed discernable differences the“culture” consumerteam “culture” emphasized “beingthere” with client while non-consumer teamwas more concerned accomplishing tasks.
