摘要: A field experiment was conducted to elucidate the survival of P. verrucosum in infested bulk soil(T1) and soil with waste grain (T2). The reference (T3) filled into steel cylinders, which were buried sampled 13 times during a period from October 1994 March 1996.The abundance indigenous fungi assessed by dilution plating on selective diagnostic medium (DYSG). Kernel infection examined T2. According our results, seems well adapted arable little affected fungi. During first autumn winter caused proliferation while its more constant except for decrease February 95, is ascribed frost/thaw alternations. In T2, initially infected than 50% kernels but few months it ousted other hypothesis regarding as natural niche fungus therefore partly rejected. gradual spring, die-off dry summer aproliferation second found both T1 Our results cannot provide reason increase winter. On an overall basis, however, they show that can survive field, proliferate organic matter probably become integral part ecosystem. This may constitute risk contamination when given appropriate environmental conditions.
