摘要: Objectives: To evaluate the effect of intense pulsed light (IPL) on Trichophyton rubrum and investigate its mechanism action. Methods: The viability fungi treated with IPL alone combined an NADPH oxidase inhibitor (DPI) pretreatment was determined by MTT assays. reactive oxygen species (ROS) were quantified a DCFH-DA fluorescent probe. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content superoxide dismutase (SOD) glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities commercial kits. transcription Nox gene using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis, micromorphology observed scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In addition, fungal keratinase activity detected measuring dye release from keratin azure. Results: growth declined statistical significance after 6 h treatment (P < 0.001). ROS MDA increased treatment, whereas SOD GSH-Px decreased. expression upregulated, damaged. Keratinase Fungi that received DPI exhibited contrasting outcomes. Conclusion: We found 420-nm significantly inhibited pathogenicity T. in vitro. A suggested involves as factor mediates IPL-induced oxidative damage rubrum.
