摘要: SIRT1 is the homologue of sir2 in mammals, which a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD(+)) dependent histone deacetylase. involved many physiological processes, such as metabolism, senescence, inflammatory response, neuroprotection, and tumorigenesis by acetylating histones multiple transcription factors. However, exact role tumor still under controversial. Immunohistochemistry Western blot were performed to investigate expressions subcellular localizations Phospho-SIRT1 colorectal cancer tissues adjacent normal tissues. The relationship between or clinicopathological characteristics was also analyzed. Real-Time PCR transcriptional level mRNA both localized nucleus. higher than expression associated with patient age, TNM stage mutant P53 loss. Ki67. highly correlated ratios no significant difference have dual character cancer, may determine formation.
