Phylogenetic position of Chionomys gud assessed from a complete cytochrome b gene

摘要: We present a phylogenetic analysis of snow voles by combining all published cytochrome b sequences 47 species Microtus, Blanfordimys, Neodon and Chionomys new sequence from gud. By applying powerful, modern approaches to reconstruction such as maximum likelihood (ML) Bayesian inference methods (BI), we provide information on the relationships between Microtus. Both showed that genus Microtus is paraphyletic with respect gregalis. BI topology recovered strong support for monophyly + gregalis, while was supported only ML analysis.
