摘要: This invention relates to a method of fabricating thermoplastic elastomer which comprises the steps of: (a) polyol having molecular weight between about 2,000 and 8,000 level end group unsaturation no greater than 0.02 milliequivalents per gram polyol, said being fabricated in presence double metal cyanide catalyst, (b) reacting with diisocyanate produce an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, (c) prepolymer difunctional isocyanato-reactive chain extender mold or extruder order characterized by hardness Shore A 50 D 65. Also claimed is produced above utilizing one-shot technique.
