Infrared rotation and vibration-rotation bands of endohedral fullerene complexes. Absorption spectrum of Li+@C60 in the range 1-1000 cm-1

摘要: Abstract The infrared spectrum of the endohedral metallofullerene Li + @C 60 is calculated. Vibrational and rotational motion charged inclusion leads to emission absorption radiation. Our calculations assume this governed by intramolecular “reflected Morse” potential Dunlap, Ballester Schmidt. predicted pure rotation band peaks near 40 cm −1 . fundamental vibration—rotation at 350 exhibits unusual band-head structure. Both bands are intense. first overtone 700 also studied. Rotational structure well resolved in all three bands; room temperature, hot contribute significantly.
