摘要: Skeletal muscle weakness is an important feature of numerous -pathological conditions and it may also be a component in normal ageing. Decreased muscular strength can due to decreased mass and/or intrinsic defects the cells. In this chapter we will discuss force production mechanisms skeletal We mainly use data from mouse disease models exemplify at various sites cellular activation-contraction pathway. show that depending on underlying problem, Ca²(+) release sarcoplasmic reticulum, reduced myofibrillar sensitivity ability cross-bridges generate force.
