Relaxation of a Heisenberg spin glass with Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya anisotropy diluted in a FCC lattice: a Monte Carlo simulation

摘要: The authors have carried out Monte Carlo simulations of a system classical three-dimensional spins interacting with their nearest neighbours in FCC lattice. Spins randomly occupy one half the lattice sites and interact via antiferromagnetic Heisenberg exchange as well quenched, random Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) anisotropy. They calculate relaxation times ( tau ) against temperature (T) range 0.25
