摘要: Crystallization of semi-crystalline polyaniline has been attempted by altering conditions such as nature dopant acid and oxidant a one-pot chemical polymerization method. The samples were characterized an array analytical techniques. Highly ordered arrangement with sharp peaks was present in the X-ray powder diffraction pattern when ultrasonication monomer solution performed for 2 h before addition ammonium persulfate. emeraldine salt form PANI confirmed this sample from FTIR Raman spectroscopy measurements. As showed BET surface area 24.31 m2/g, its electrochemical behavior determined performing cyclic voltammetry galvanostatic charge/discharge experiments. It found to possess excellent performances specific capacitance 912.5 F g−1 m−1.
