摘要: Abstract A pulsed demountable glow discharge has been used as an atom cell for laser excited atomic fluorescence. Lead atoms are sputtered from the surface of copper and graphite cathodes by a frequency-doubled dye after is switched off. The combination “dark” with non-resonance fluorescence leads to very low background signal. detection limit lead in 0.1 μg g aqueous solutions (5 μl) deposited on electrodes 20 pg.
