摘要: Catalytic dehydration of D-fructose to 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) in acetone/dimethyl sulfoxide solvent mixtures was studied the presence a strong acidic cation-exchange resin catalyst (DOWEX 50WX8−100) by microwave heating. The addition acetone dimethyl (DMSO) promoted formation 5-HMF from D-fructose. For conversion 97.9%, selectivity 91.7% for 20-min reaction time 70:30 (w/w) acetone/DMSO mixtures. Concentrations as high 10 wt % were studied, which it found that yields 82.1% min could be obtained. stability ion-exchange used confirmed. Compared pure DMSO solvent, combination low-boiling-point with medium not only gives highly selective formation, but also improves separation efficiency and reduces environmental risk.
