摘要: Drought stress is one of the major abiotic stresses that affects plant growth and metabolism adversely around world. According to this research, effect drought on activity antioxidative enzymes, soluble sugar, protein lipid peroxidation were studied in leaves two mangrove plants, Kandelia obovata Aegiceras corniculatum. The result showed superoxide dismutase (SOD) peroxidase (POD) varied significantly between roots studied. activities increased different levels. production rate O 2 −· changed with SOD POD. Lipid was enhanced Glycine betaine (GB) could decrease level malonaldehyde order reduce damage membrane system. content sugar also under GB helped eliminate accumulation them which somehow enhance ability defensing plants stress. These results indicated may play an important role A. corniculatum K. obovata cell had greater stability than those A. corniculatum. Exogenous application positive effects be products exogenously applied alleviates adverse effects.
