摘要: This paper reports our efforts to develop a baseline input-output model with environmental accounts for use in developing geographically specific e-waste recycling systems. We addressed the conceptual and practical issues that occurred when recyclable end-of-life commodities related activities were incorporated traditional model: 1) existing industry commodity do not represent products explicitly; 2) flows of are mainly observed physical volume; 3) price is unique their transactions general. Because these issues, easily within framework. provide way record both monetary terms accounts. Particularly, we presented case Atlanta Metropolitan Area hypothetical scenario.
