摘要: The traditional method to detect partial discharges relies heavily on the use of high-pass filters. Whereas this is a very effective approach for normal power voltage shapes, severe problems arise when are be detected under waveforms generated by modern electronics. Therefore, technique that utilizes random occurrence detection has been developed and used semi-square voltages. This evolved since first publications new applications have found. present paper introduces discusses necessary analysis elements, requirements imposed as well some examples intended show possible application areas.
