摘要: “Latency is a reversibly non-productive infection of cell by replication-competent virus” (Garcia-Blanco and Cullen 1991). Latently infected tissues contain virus that can be recovered cocultivation, viral DNA and, possibly, latency-associated transcripts (LATs) but in general no antigen.
