摘要: Abstract In the present investigation, influence of urea doping on optical, structural, thermal, mechanical and dielectric properties l -arginine phosphate monohydrate (LAP) crystal were investigated. Pure doped LAP crystals grown from aqueous solution by evaporating solvent at a constant temperature. The presence dopant was confirmed qualitatively FT-IR spectroscopy. Powder X-ray diffraction study reveals slight modification in lattice parameters crystal. Ultraviolet–visible–near infrared transmission increase optical transparency band gap with concentration. Other such as refractive index, extinction coefficient, reflectance, electrical conductivity pure evaluated spectrum only. Noticeable enhancement second harmonic generation efficiency (1.67 times more) has been observed for 1 mol percent compare to one. Doped show higher thermal stabilities than Electrical like constant, loss, ac activation energy also studied.
