摘要: In the present study, a detailed deletion map for wheat chromosomes 5A and 5B is reported, as well an integrated genetic linkage of chromosome enriched with single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers, useful both comparison studies other existing maps mapping major genes quantitative trait loci (QTLs). Physical 5,011 SNP markers was obtained using Chinese Spring bin lines homoeologous group 5; 509 SNPs were also genetically mapped in recombinant inbred line population segregating only, by crossing cultivar disomic substitution Spring-5A dicoccoides. The whole map, containing 572 covered total length 248.7 cM distributed among three groups 83.5, 117.8 47.4, respectively. majority physically on to unique bin, while small percentage assigned double location, suggesting presence segment short arm which may have undergone duplication followed insertion into long same chromosome. A QTL analysis yield components performed, identifying sub-telomeric region 5A, corresponding 5AL15-0.67-0.78 bin; 23.5 cM included 111 markers. Candidate identified through syntenic genomic approach genomes model species. Putative function revealed involved basic metabolism stress condition responses, including heat shock proteins, chaperones, serine/threonine protein kinases membrane transporters, located QTL. This information represents important step map-based candidate gene-based cloning QTLs.
