Magnetic properties of SmCo/sub 7//Co and Sm(Co,Fe)/sub 7///spl alpha/-(Fe,Co) nanocomposite magnets prepared by magnetic annealing

摘要: The effect of applying a magnetic field during the crystallization process mechanically milled SmCo/sub 9.5/ and Sm(Co/sub 0.88/Fe/sub 0.12/)/sub alloys on nanostructure, exchange coupling, properties has been studied. Compared with samples annealed without field, there was noticeable improvement in intrinsic coercivity /sub i/H/sub c/, remanence B/sub r/, maximum energy product (BH)/sub max/ for 10 kOe field. An 31.5% obtained alloy after annealing. Better rectangularity demagnetization curves also observed annealing is considered to be result enhanced resulting from modifications nanostructure induced by nearly perfect amorphous state.
