Femtosecond pump-probe polarization dependent investigation of relaxation dynamics in YBa2Cu4O8

摘要: Femtosecond pump probe experiments are reported on quasiparticle relaxation and recombination in YBa 2 Cu 4 O 8 as a function of temperature polarization. We compare our results with the data obtained 3 7-δ show that similar two-component is present both cases. A strong polarization anisotropy picosecond response observed below T c interpreted aid simple model which considers transition matrix elements.
