摘要: Winter squash fruits ( Cucurbita moschata D.) are among the best sources of vitamin A precursors and constitute bioactive components such as phenolic compounds flavonoids. Approximately 70% C. seed oil is made up unsaturated fatty acids, with high levels monounsaturated acids E carotenoids, which represent a promising nutritional aspect in production this vegetable. germplasm expresses genetic variability, especially Brazil. We assessed 91 accessions , from different regions Brazil, maintained at UFV Vegetable Germplasm Bank, to identify early-flowering carotenoids fruit pulp yields oil.
