摘要: A hypothesis is suggested that the initial or 'true' negative pressure encountered when a needle first enters epidural space due to bulging of ligamentum flavum in front advancing followed by its rapid return resting position once has perforated ligament. The been confirmed occur fresh cadavers, and studies carried out during performance blocks patients lend weight this hypothesis.
